MMMMM! CAKE!

Im so excited that I have lost 16 pounds in the last 2 months!  YAY!  HOWEVER, and yes that is a very loud however, Sites like this one make me "Oh! so Hungry!"  Anyone who knows me knows that I love cake and Im going to eat it too, but what if we could make cake healthy.  I have actually done so by replacing a few simple ingredients and adding others.  Example:  If a receipe calls for oil such as in cookies,  use Applesause to replace it.  Or if a receipe calls for 2 eggs add 3.  Eggs are an excellent source of protein!
